    True. However if your an existing customer with an old grandfathered plan that you don’t want to give up your out of luck. Oh well, I am not eligible for an upgrade yet anyways.

    Terrible. As an employee, I’m very disappointed in the lack of support and sales for customers on grandfathered and classic plans. It’s almost like punishing people who have been with this company for a long time. If T-Mobile’s 2012 focus is to attack churn, they are going about it the wrong way. If anything, they are giving existing customers reasons to go elsewhere.
