White iPhone 4 ships end of July

iPhone fans everywhere have patiently waited for Apple to release the white version of the iPhone 4. After a few delays and chewed off finger nails, Apple has officially announced that the white iPhone 4 will be shipping across the nation at the end of this month.

Originally it was believed that the white version was going to be in stores the middle of this month. After a few delays, we can now look forward to picking one up later this month. There have been many theories out there about why the white iPhone was delayed, and some of you may have taken advantage of changing the color of your iPhone with this DIY.

NOTE: Just want to reiterate that Jobs indicated the white version will only be available in limited quantities. So if this is what you’re lusting after, you won’t want to wait to order it — whenever it is that ordering becomes available. As of yet, no change on Apple.com :-(

    If you wanted the white one, you probably should not have bought a black one. If you miss the deadline to return a phone that you bought that you DIDN’T want in the first place, it’s your own fault. You should’ve just waited for the white one to be released, like I did.

    When at the end of july, like july 30 the day after we could return THE BLACK iphone 4 for a WHITE iphone? That would mean that on the 28 of july we would have to return our BLACK iphone so that we can get what we wanted in the first place and this is just NUTS.
