More than 1,500 inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, Cebu, Philippine performing/practicing the Michael Jackson’s Thriller dance. Amazing, and probably one of the funniest… punishment I have ever seen. Thanks to Faith for sending this.
